About the Role

As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective care plans.
  • Establishing realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions put in place as needs arise to minimize rehospitalizations and continued evaluation of outcomes.
  • Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
  • Delegating patient care responsibilities to staff and supervising them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. Additionally, CPR certification is required.
