Key Responsibilities

  • Assist donors in removing donated items from their vehicles and provide receipts.
  • Separate and sort donated materials into proper containers and stack them as instructed by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
  • Pass a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with management, colleagues, customers, and donors.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, and other equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Pay and Schedule

Our stores operate 7 days a week, and work schedules are determined by management. Part-time associates may be scheduled to work any part-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
