Job Title: Class B Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class B Driver to join our team at J L Schwieters Construction. As a Class B Driver, you will be responsible for delivering construction components, lumber products, wall panels, floor panels, and roof/floor trusses to job sites in the Twin Cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver construction materials to job sites in the Twin Cities
  • Operate a truck-mounted forklift to unload materials
  • Previous forklift experience is preferred but not required
  • Lumber returns as needed - pickup at jobsites, hand stack lumber, band material, sort and put away product
  • Must hold a valid Minnesota Commercial Class-B Driver's License
  • 1-year experience, experience delivering in the twin cities metro area preferred
  • Clean DMV Record
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to comply and adhere to JL Schwieters Safety Regulations
  • Complete paperwork promptly and accurately and turn in to appropriate personnel
  • Valid D.O.T. Health Card

Schedule:

Monday - Friday. General hours are 6:00 am- 4:00 pm. Local Driving, no overnights.
