Key Responsibilities- Administer intravenous medications to patients in their homes, providing critical care and support.
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families, empowering them to take control of their health.
- Work independently, making decisions that lead to the best outcomes for patients.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to ensure patients' needs are met.
- Document all interactions, including assessments, treatments, and progress, to track patients' journeys.
- Active RN license in the state where you will be working and living.
- 2+ years of RN experience.
- 1+ year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
- Strong skills in IV insertion.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel within a designated area.
- Flexibility to work different shifts on short notice.
