Key Responsibilities- Deliver High-Quality Care: Perform duties in a manner that is conducive to residents' safety and comfort, and in accordance with standards of high-quality care.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living: Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Coordinate Resident Care: Make appointments for residents, accompany them on a timely basis, assist with post-mortem care, and transfer residents' belongings and equipment as directed.
- Communicate Effectively: Report any and all changes in a resident's condition to his/her family or responsible party, and ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
- CNA Licensure: Possess CNA licensure in at least one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
