We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work in a caring environment with a multidisciplinary team, providing individualized treatment plans to patients and their families.
You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
About the Role:
- Work with a collaborative team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
- Certifications/Licenses: Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working and possess 3 C's.
- Experience: Previous experience in rehab SNF setting preferred (1 year experience ideal).

- A competitive salary of $**$85,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience.
