Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Manage vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial maintenance and repair, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license and a clean driving record.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional evening and weekend work. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 30 pounds and use a six-foot ladder safely.
