We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II with expertise in industrial automation and electrical systems to join our team at Michael Foods Inc. in the Village of West Jefferson, OH.
This position is available for both day and night shifts, with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the productivity and efficiency of production equipment through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. You will also be expected to monitor equipment efficiency and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Assume personal responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Adhere to GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure product quality is maintained.
- Attend and actively participate in safety meetings/trainings.
- Evaluate and recommend modifications to improve production processes and reduce costs.
You will work closely with our team to achieve regulatory compliance, complete preventative maintenance requirements, and remove or replace defective parts as needed.
