Senior Technical Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineering Specialist with a strong background in engineering disciplines. A minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is essential, along with at least 3 years of applicable experience.
Security Clearance:
Preferred candidates will possess a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire. All candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance shortly after joining. Due to the sensitive nature of our operations, U.S. citizenship is a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mission-critical systems that enhance safety and security.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Utilize electronic networking technologies and manage various communication equipment including computers, servers, routers, and switches.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and block diagrams to perform testing and diagnostics.
- Operate and maintain diagnostic and test equipment such as oscilloscopes and signal generators.
- Construct and utilize basic tooling and fixtures for testing and calibration.
- Document test results and communicate findings effectively.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in fabrication tools and techniques.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Military experience is advantageous.
