Paper Technologist

Aurora Ventures is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Paper Technologist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of paper products.

• You will complete a 3-year training program at our state-of-the-art paper mill in Eltmann, where you will gain hands-on experience in paper production and learn from our experienced team members.
• You will attend block classes at the Papermaker School in Gernsbach, where you will develop your technical skills and knowledge in paper technology.
• You will be introduced to operating our complex paper machine and will be involved in troubleshooting in the paper production process.

• You must have a minimum secondary school diploma and good grades in mathematics and the natural sciences.
• You should have technical understanding, independence, and responsibility, as well as strong teamwork and commitment skills.
