Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at L3Harris Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving operational, maintenance, and logistics issues related to IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for over 200 computers, printers, LANs, and other IT equipment
* Manage upgrades and configuration of IT systems, including domain, mail, data, and application servers
* Ensure compliance with internal security policies and applicable DOD directives
* Collaborate with IAM and GSSO to maintain the System Security Plan
* Provide IT hardware and software installation and technical instruction
* Document all IT-related issues and maintenance activities

Requirements:

* Top Secret/SCI clearance
* Ability to obtain Security+ certification
* IT/communications background

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with system administration, client administration, and networking
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
