About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Cybersecurity Architect to join our team at International Dairy Queen, Inc. Based in Minneapolis, MN, this role is responsible for safeguarding our information technology infrastructure and data from potential threats, vulnerabilities, and cyber events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, deploy, and maintain security components such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), secure access controls, data encryption and DLP mechanisms, endpoint protection, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of existing security protocols, identify potential security risks, and implement solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to create a robust defense against cyber threats, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging risks in the cybersecurity landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred, but not required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technology or security-related discipline, with knowledge of technologies including networking, workstation, servers, OS, On-Prem and Cloud Platforms.
  • Advanced computer skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience working with various security tools, including SIEM, EDR, AV, forensics, firewalls, cloud, etc.

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per year, along with additional benefits, including medical, dental, 401K match, paid time off, and more.
