Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Fraser. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting Positive Behavior Support sessions with individuals and their caregivers, developing and implementing proactive treatment plans, and providing assessment and intervention in a community setting.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with individuals and their caregivers to develop and implement person-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide assessment and intervention in a community setting.
  • Support parents and caregivers in developing behavioral skills training.
  • Communicate with other service providers to ensure coordination of care.
  • Provide feedback to support efficient workflows and team collaboration.

Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred, or current enrollment in graduate-level academic course sequence in preparation for BCBA certification required.
  • Academic and/or field experience in Positive Behavior Support preferred.
  • Academic and/or field experience in person-centered or family-centered practices preferred.
  • Previous experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record required.
