Job Summary:

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Basic computer skills and knowledge are essential.
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism.

Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and addressing their needs.

Make informed recommendations for products and services.
Meet minimum sales targets.
Manage multiple tasks, such as cleaning tanning beds as clients depart and welcoming new clients upon arrival.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.

Collaborate effectively with a team in a lively and fast-paced salon environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures.


Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Capability to bend at the waist for cleaning tanning equipment.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting heavy items and boxes.
Capability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc.
Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
