Detail Drafter

We're seeking a skilled Detail Drafter to join our team at Wabtec, a leading global provider of equipment, systems, and digital solutions for the rail, mining, and industrial markets.

As a Detail Drafter, you will play a critical role in delivering detailed drawings across multiple areas of our business. You will work closely with our lead designers and engineers to create new components, sub-assemblies, and revisions of existing drawings. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in meeting the high standards of our manufacturing team.

• Deliver detailed drawings for new components, sub-assemblies, and revisions of existing drawings
• Work closely with lead designers and engineers to ensure accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with manufacturing team to ensure drawings meet production requirements
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing processes

• Associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical Design, Computer Aided Design, or related technical program
• Experience with 3D modeling, assembly, and drafting work using CAD software (Siemens NX preferred)
• Working knowledge of drafting practices, manufacturing methods, shop tolerances, engineering, and manufacturing standards
