Genesis HealthCare, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a skilled Marketing and Admissions Director to join our team at our Millville, NJ location.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in marketing and sales, with a focus on developing and implementing strategies to meet census and revenue goals in our nursing centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional leaders to identify census and census mix barriers and develop strategies to eliminate or minimize them.
  • Assess professional and community sales opportunities, identify and allocate resources, and manage team sales plans.
  • Supervise admissions staff to achieve targeted Quality-Mix and Average Daily Census goals.

Requirements
  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or Health Care Management.
  • Three to five years' experience in the healthcare industry, with regional market experience preferred.
  • Ability to adjust work schedule based on business needs and coverage requirements.
  • Must be flexible in scheduling priorities and able to travel as needed.
