Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Host to join our team at Pacific Palms Resort. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage reservations and ensure a smooth flow of guests
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued
  • Assist with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
