Nurse Practitioner

Crestwood Center in Milford, NH is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care coordination.

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.
• One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
