Mammography & C-arm Technologist Job Description

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Mammography & C-arm Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for operating scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen patients before exams to ensure safety and accuracy
  • Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for imaging
  • Perform routine and advanced Mammography imaging procedures with minimal supervision
  • Adjust scan parameters correctly and maintain patient records
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • ARRT registered technologist in good standing
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiography
  • Licensed Radiological Technologist in the applicable state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Training and experience in Mammography procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in imaging specialty
  • Bilingual
