**Job Overview**

Beneftial Talent Source is currently seeking a Production Solderer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing hand assembly work on post-surface mount circuit boards using detailed written work instructions.

**Responsibilities & Duties:**

  • Read and interpret values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole components.
  • Verify component placement and values on printed circuit boards.
  • Utilize IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards for quality assurance.

**Work Schedule:** M-Th 6:00am - 3:15pm, Fr 6:00am - 12:00 pm
