Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions and adjust plans as needed.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on proper care techniques and strategies for maximizing independence.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters' degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent education and experience combination.
  • Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Salary and Benefits
