  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance and repair programs.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective safety protocols.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective emergency response plans.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective quality control programs.
