POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients experiencing respiratory issues. This role involves providing treatment, assessment, management, and diagnostic evaluation for individuals with pulmonary system deficiencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as a clinical leader and mentor within the respiratory therapy department.
  • Act as a liaison between clinical management and staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to fellow team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and implement appropriate treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completion of an Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in respiratory therapy.
  • Certification in Intubation within the first six months of employment.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.
  • Possession of a Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
  • Registered with the National Board for Respiratory Care.
