Be a Salon Manager at Great Clips

Are you a natural leader who loves cutting hair? We're looking for a Salon Manager to help guide our team and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and sales
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supplies
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other salon managers to share best practices and ideas

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Flexible and organized with a great attitude
  • Licensed to cut hair
