Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) Technician to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the operation of AOI and X-ray equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage AOI machinery, including the configuration of inspection profiles.
  • Utilize X-ray equipment for detailed inspection processes.
  • Handle selective soldering machines and maintain aqueous washers and stencil cleaners.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment, including AOI, X-ray, selective solder, and cleaning machines.
  • A solid understanding of various electronic component types and packaging, such as BGA, SOIC, and RES/CAP.
  • The ability to interpret engineering documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, and quality process documents.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Physical and Mental Demands:
The role requires the ability to read, write, and interpret technical data effectively.
