Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier Representative to join our team at MAP Automotive Group. As a key member of our parts and service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer payments, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive customer payments and generate receipts
  • Deliver excellent customer service at the register
  • Process cash, check, and credit payments for sales, service, and parts
  • Communicate with customers and dealership personnel in a professional and friendly manner
  • Enter receipts and closing out service work orders into the computer system
  • Assist with inbound phone calls and help customers schedule service appointments
  • Manage and secure the sales drawer
  • Complete daily reports as required
  • Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate articulately and friendly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use office and computer data programs
  • Ability to multi-task and complete daily tasks efficiently
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
  • Must be detail-oriented through all daily processes
