- Handle the installation and removal of water heaters.
- Utilize various tools, including electrical hand-tools, saws, drills, brazing equipment, drain machines, and propress.
- Assess service needs through technical expertise and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all tasks are completed while upholding safety standards and personal safety.
- Guide and mentor Apprentice Plumbers as necessary.
- Thoroughly document the outcomes of all work orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of tools, equipment, and methods used in plumbing services.
- Familiarity with plumbing code requirements and safety protocols.
- Accurate diagnostic skills.
- Proficient in explaining technical concepts to clients.
- Computer literacy and capability to utilize necessary software for plumbing tasks, including timekeeping and customer billing.
