About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to join our team at Cross Country Allied.

This is a travel opportunity that offers the chance to work in a new location, explore new areas, and broaden your horizons both on and off the job.

Job Responsibilities

As a radiation therapist, you will play a vital role in providing treatment for patients with cancer using radiation. You will work closely with radiation oncologists and the cancer care team at a hospital, radiation center, or other healthcare facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using medical imaging equipment to deliver targeted treatments
  • Operating radiation equipment to ensure accurate delivery of treatments
  • Educating patients and families about their treatment options
  • Providing emotional support and comfort to patients
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a radiation therapist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 8 hours of shift time. However, please note that pay packages may vary based on individual circumstances and are subject to confirmation.
