**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our fuel station team at Walmart. As a retail gas station team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fueling stations.

**Salary & Benefits**

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 to $27.00. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based incentives, ranging from 10% to 30% of your hourly rate, based on your performance and contributions to the team. Other benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as 401(k) and stock purchase plans.
