Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Onstaff USA, Inc. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling small hydraulic brass components for vehicles in our Parker department. You will also assist in producing gift cards and picture frames in our easel and die cut division. This role offers flexible seating options and growth potential in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble hydraulic brass components in Parker.
  • Assist in producing gift cards and picture frames.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate to meet production targets.
  • Operate basic assembly tools and report issues to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with good manual dexterity.

Work Schedule:

We offer three shifts: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:15 PM), 2nd Shift (3:15 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd Shift (11:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Overtime may be available based on need. We offer a supportive work environment with skill development and career growth opportunities. Must be able to stand or sit for long periods.
