Job Summary
The Ace Metal Crafts Company seeks an experienced Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, estimating projects, and planning jobs to meet quality and customer specifications.

About the Role
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Review customer orders, verifying ACE's capabilities and negotiating terms when necessary
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to resolve customer service issues
- Estimate projects, targeting revenue and gross margin goals
- Prepare labor and material studies to determine internal costs
- Plan jobs, ensuring quality and meeting customer specifications

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software
