Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Care Accounts Specialist to join our team at the YMCA of Central Stark County.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of accounts for the Child Care Branch, serving over 900 enrolled children.
  • Help assess and submit all ODJFS subsidy accounts through Kinderconnect.
  • Manage third-party pay activity and monitor child care receivables.
  • Collect past due accounts and maintain clear communication with branch staff, leadership, and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to YMCA families.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or higher.
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Windows-based operating systems and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Experience with managing client accounts and collections.
