Job Description

As a Membership Sales Ambassador at BJ's Wholesale Club, you will play a crucial role in promoting our value proposition, converting potential members, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales and promoting membership programs to potential customers.
  • Providing superior customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assisting with BOPIC orders for members and ensuring seamless transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service strategies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
