About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, and reports to senior management and customer representatives.
  • Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and other sales-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
