Nation's Best Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service - Floor Sales Team Member to join our team at our Fort Wayne, IN location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, greeting, and thanking them, and assisting with their needs.
  • Answer phone calls in a polite and timely manner, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance.
  • Assist customers in locating products, offering recommendations, and providing personalized information.
  • Upsell and promote items to increase overall sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Highlight the Do It Best reward program to customers, encouraging their participation to foster customer loyalty.
  • Follow company standards and procedures to ensure efficient operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Process checkouts accurately and efficiently, adhering to proper cash handling procedures as needed.
  • Continuously seek product and project knowledge to better assist customers and identify unique selling opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues with the support and guidance of management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Maintain/stock inventory as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computers and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to serve stores with humility and be a steward of Nation's Best's values.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills.
  • Retail sales experience, preferably in hardware ideal.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing 25-50 pounds, as well as perform tasks like bending, twisting, squatting.
