Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Floor Technician to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. About the Job:

The successful candidate will have experience in floor maintenance, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting. You will also be responsible for collecting trash, recycling, and soiled linen from units and disposing of them properly. Additional duties may include policing grounds and reporting equipment or cleaning product needs to your supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
  • Experience in floor maintenance
  • Strong communication skills
