Job Opportunity: Net Zero Grid Fellow

Join the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) as a Net Zero Grid Fellow and contribute to the state's transition to a clean energy future.

About the Role

The Net Zero Grid Fellow will work closely with the Program Managers and Net Zero Grid staff to support initiatives related to grid modernization, stakeholder outreach, grant administration, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in project management, including stakeholder outreach, grant administration, and event coordination.
  • Conduct research and analysis on best practices in grid modernization and renewable energy.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, databases, and reports.
  • Provide administrative support, including responding to inquiries and managing email correspondence.
  • Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Availability to work full-time from January to June 2025.
  • Demonstrated interest in the clean energy sector and grid modernization.
  • Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of energy efficiency and renewables is a plus.
