Core Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing radiologic imaging to provide accurate images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Preparing and positioning patients for imaging while selecting appropriate exposure factors.
  • Administering contrast media and medications in accordance with regulations.
  • Monitoring patients during procedures and reporting any irregularities.
  • Adhering to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure.
  • Ensuring timely submission of high-quality images and documentation.
  • Maintaining equipment functionality and reporting any issues.
  • Keeping the department clean and organized.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following:

  • Licensure/Certification:
    • BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
    • One of the following credentials:
      • Cardiographic Tech credential from CCI.
      • Radiologic Technologist credential from ARRT with state licensure.
      • Medical Sonographer credential from ARDMS.
  • Education:
    • High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Technical degree, or 4 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Point-of-Care (POC) testing experience.
  • Phlebotomy skills.
  • Front desk coverage experience.
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.
