Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Harrison Trail Health Campus. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
