Essential Responsibilities- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, in accordance with brand standards and hotel procedures.
- Proactively address any safety or maintenance concerns and report them to management.
- Set up and maintain complimentary hotel lobby functions, meeting room settings, and ensure efficient completion of daily assignments.
As a Houseman, you will be expected to work effectively under pressure, maintain high levels of performance, and adhere to proper procedures for lost and found items, guest safety, and requests.
