Job Summary

Climatec LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our building controls team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, and commission building controls systems, ensuring seamless integration with HVAC systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are comfortable operating and maintaining their systems.
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop and implement control strategies that meet client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building controls systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including system diagrams, commissioning reports, and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in building controls or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC operations, including system design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Excellent technical skills, including programming and controls database management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with building controls systems, including Distech, Alerton, Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens, and Delta controls.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC operations within a facility, including system design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Proven ability to debug installation issues during both static and dynamic start-up phases.
  • Experience providing technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are comfortable operating and maintaining their systems.
