We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team as a Locum Tenens provider. As a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and cases, and will be supported by our experienced team at Weatherby Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Physician Assistant in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in credentialing and privileging processes as required
- Meet the requirements for active state licensure and maintain current certifications
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
- Active state license as a Physician Assistant
- Current certifications in ACLS and BLS
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and days as needed
- Experience with pacing wire removal, pulling chest tubes, and Jackson-Pratt drains
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
