RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on diesel engines, booms, electrical systems (including troubleshooting onboard computer systems), hydraulic systems (booms, outriggers, pumps), brakes, and other fundamental components.
- Must possess the capability to work on hydraulic and conventional cranes, forklifts, tractor-trailers, and various equipment.
- Must collaborate effectively and communicate with operators and fellow mechanics.
- Employ creative thinking skills to foster continuous improvements.
- Individuals will be expected to complete ProLift Specific, Regulatory, and Identified Equipment training through our internal LMS system.
- Individuals may be required to complete third-party and customer-mandated training to gain on-site access.
- Additional duties as assigned/requested.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in crane maintenance preferred
- CDL required
- Prior knowledge of cranes, semi-trucks, trailers, and pickups.
Education :
High School diploma or equivalent
