Barback/Busser

Banditos Tacos & Tequila is seeking a highly energetic and reliable Barback/Busser to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our bar staff, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our bars and restaurants, and ensuring a safe and responsible service of food and alcohol.

• Stock the bar before, during, and after service to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building.
• Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with our company guidelines.

• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time with occasional heavy lifting.
• Ability to hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions.
• Ability to provide support in a team-centric environment to ensure exceptional guest experience.
