We are in search of a fitness consultant/personal trainer who is committed to excellence and eager to contribute to a top-tier team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience as a trainer in a fitness environment.
  • Current Personal Training Certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
  • Preferred educational background in exercise science.
  • CPR and AED certification required.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance and possess reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized exercise programs for clients.
  • Ensure that fitness plans align with client needs, incorporating nutrition, cardiovascular, and strength training elements.
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients to encourage contract renewals.
  • Conduct progress assessments every four weeks to monitor adherence to the program.
  • Discuss successes and challenges with clients to enhance their experience.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available, including 4-hour and 8-hour options.
  • Availability during weekdays and weekends.

Compensation:

Salary starting at $30,000, with potential for bonus pay.
