Position Summary

As an Analytical Test Technician, you will be integral in validating gas systems for production applications in semiconductor manufacturing. Your main duty will involve utilizing testing apparatus to collect samples and evaluate their purity. This role demands a high degree of integrity, as safety is paramount and the accuracy of test results is critical.

Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with fellow technicians and engineers to efficiently complete system qualifications while upholding quality standards. You will be tasked with accurately documenting testing reports for clients and ensuring that tools and equipment are well-organized. Furthermore, you will work alongside engineers to troubleshoot and address coding challenges, as well as monitor and record all testing discrepancies and their resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate gas systems for production in semiconductor manufacturing using testing equipment.
  • Efficiently complete system qualifications while maintaining stringent quality standards.
  • Accurately document testing reports for clients.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues.
  • Monitor and document all testing defects and their resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow technicians and trades.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Ability to walk up to 10 miles per day as necessary.
  • Work in fabrication environments for extended periods.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor facilities is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up to 10 miles per day.
  • Willingness to work in fabrication environments for extended periods.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
