Client Experience Representative

Join our dynamic team at Dione Ramsdill - State Farm Agent as a CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
About the RoleAs a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promoting successful and long-lasting customer relations by identifying and meeting the needs of our clients.
You will need:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
- A strong interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
