Responsibilities
  • Partner with product, marketing, sales, engineering, policy, and operations teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights
  • Develop and maintain large-scale datasets, applying statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimization
  • Design and implement experiments to test new product ideas or go-to-market strategies
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices in data science
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics)
  • 3+ years of relevant industry or academia experience working with large datasets
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
  • Background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
