Job Summary:

TSC Construction LLC is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Trainer to support our team in providing industry-leading training to our construction management teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational and EHS training to our crews, ensuring they are equipped to work safely, effectively, and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for telecom construction crews, including Competent Climber & Rescue, Competent & Qualified Rigger, and JHA training.
  • Provide NWSA TTT-1 and TTT-2 pathway training, 1st Aid/CPR, Capstan Hoist, Qualified Electrical Worker, Forklift, and OSHA Outreach Trainer courses.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to our crews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust training programs and improve leading and lagging indicators.
  • Verify and document compliance with safe work practices and training requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a trainer with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS databases.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication site builds and maintenance work.
  • Driver's License and clean MVR required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and driving.
  • Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend, and twist throughout complete shifts.
