About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, as well as ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, including lift trucks, pneumatic systems, and material handling equipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, and other powered equipment.
  • Clean and maintain grounds, parking lots, fencing, and building facilities.
  • Change industrial batteries for all types of power equipment.
  • Troubleshoot basic problems with equipment where the repair is visible or obvious.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year's experience in repairing/maintaining mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial or non-industrial setting.
  • 2 years' related vocational training.
